March 19, 2026 board minutes record extensions through March 1, 2027 for Greenwood Investment Group and Firehouse 420 social-equity lounge applications. Approval of extra time is not an operating licence or proof that an application remains pending today. [1] [2]

The earlier July 2024 audit found six of ten drawn applicants ineligible after residency-data calculations were corrected. It illustrates how selection and eligibility checks can diverge; the report does not establish deliberate wrongdoing. [3]

In August 2024, the board issued six prospective licences after a new selection. Prospective status was another step, not permission to operate. These earlier decisions and the March extensions do not establish that the same applicants were involved. [4]
