Clark County’s April 30 announcement set out a five-date Jazz in the Park season for May and early June 2026. The county said the series would return to entry without tickets, using a first-come approach. Its published lineup listed Mike Phillips for May 9, Marcus Miller for May 16, Jazz Funk Soul for May 23, Kayla Waters for May 30 and Al Di Meola for June 6. Those were the organizer’s announced bookings; this retrospective does not claim to have attended the concerts or independently confirmed each performance. [1]
The practical arrangements were part of the announcement too. The county placed the concerts at the Government Center Amphitheater, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, with gates scheduled for 4 p.m. and music at about 5 p.m. It described admission and parking as free and said local opening acts, food vendors and a bar would be available. A livestream on the parks department’s Facebook page was also planned. These details describe the historical program, rather than a current invitation or a guarantee about future editions. [1]
