New Hampshire’s U.S. attorney announced an election complaints officer and November 3 monitoring of registration and eligibility compliance. Polling locations were not named. [1]

The department reported monitoring Manchester and Nashua during the September 8 primary, assigning four Voting Section staff to each city. That earlier deployment establishes a local monitoring history, not the November locations or proof that the new plan has prevented interference. [2]

The plan lists 603-545-5152 for the district officer, 800-253-3931 for civil-rights complaints and 866-868-3703 for state election-law reports. It directs possible violence or threats near polling places on Election Day to 911. [1]
