Apple announced Health’s language expansion November 3 in the iOS 27.3 developer beta, promising free public release later in 2026. [1]
Apple specifies Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone and iPad models, with some features limited to iPhone. Health Age requires Apple Watch. [1]
The developer guidance distinguishes testing from ordinary software use. Apple describes its betas as previews for developers to check app compatibility, recommends backups, and directs testers to release notes for known issues and workarounds. [2]
The public beta program is a separate route. Apple says its participants can receive different software from developers. Its FAQ recommends a secondary device because unreleased software can contain errors; joining that program alone does not establish access to this developer-beta feature. [3]
Apple describes camera-based evaluations of flexibility, strength and balance, with feedback. It says video processing stays on device without recording, storage or sharing; these are manufacturer claims. [1]
