Nevada’s Cannabis Compliance Board identifies Orange Juice Mac 3.5g, F1H8OJM, lot 1A4040300007081000009370, as failing Enterobacteriaceae and total-coliform tests. Initial testing had passed before the board found post-sampling alteration. [1]

The October 29 bulletin lists other lots as a precaution because they could not be retested. Avoid the failed lot; check identifiers. The board has no reason to believe retailers knew of the issue; its notice describes neither illness nor recall. [1]
