The Park Service’s November 24, 2025 plan scheduled Pearl Harbor remembrance for December 6–8, with the December 7 theme Building Pathways to Peace. [1]

Ford Island ceremonies required base access. The plan offered a public shoreside screening of the Blackened Canteen ceremony as an alternative. [1]

The Arizona Memorial’s history traces a longer civic undertaking: wartime proposals preceded Hawaii’s 1949 memorial commission, and national authorization followed in 1958. Dedication came in 1962. [2]

The memorial places an assembly room for ceremonies alongside a shrine inscribed with the dead’s names. NPS describes it as honoring all military personnel killed in the attack, beyond Arizona’s own crew. [2]

These 2025 arrangements are historical; listed livestreams establish neither current availability nor attendance. [1]
