Las Vegas’ September 24, 2026 fraud notice directed planning and zoning payments to the applicant’s portal, rather than a reply email or wire transfer. It also warned about demands involving bail. [1]

The city’s separate, undated detention guide distinguishes bail from an inmate account. It lists online or in-person bail at 3200 Stewart Avenue, but allows inmate-fund deposits through Access Corrections, its app or a telephone service. A payment channel must therefore be checked against the specific transaction and agency. [2]

The warning advises contacting an organization through a verified number. The notice gives no citywide incident count or measured loss total. [1]
