USPS implemented holiday parcel rates October 4 for Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, Ground Advantage and Parcel Select. They end at midnight Central on January 17, 2027. [1]

Postal Explorer lists the time-limited price files as final, revised September 18. The October implementation is documented separately. [3]

Ground Advantage uses weight and destination zone: 8.3 pounds rounds to nine. A lightweight box over one cubic foot can instead incur dimensional-weight pricing, so the packed dimensions matter. [2]

USPS’s calculator needs weight, shape and dimensions. Its guide distinguishes online commercial rates from Post Office retail prices. Compare the same packed parcel and purchase channel. [2]
